It has been a top down approach till date and rest of the management hardly pushes for any sustainability initiatives. Though they would nod in agreement that it is something which they ought to do but they just don't have the business case around it to support it. A top down approach may not suffice. Participation from other levels of management is key to tightly integrate sustainability with business.
